A Voice for the Voiceless

In my music, I aim to give voice to those who are often overlooked—the veterans who sacrificed everything, only to return to a society that fails to support them. Every 45 seconds, a veteran takes their own life, a statistic that is as heartbreaking as it is unacceptable. It's a staggering reminder of the invisible battles they continue to fight long after the war is over. My lyrics are a call to action, a plea for us to do more, to give more, to those who have given so much.

I also focus on the homelessness epidemic, where 90% of those without a home are veterans. These are the people who once stood on the front lines, and now they stand in the shadows of our streets. This is a reality that should shake us to our core, but too often, it is met with indifference. And then there's the opioid crisis, a tragedy born out of greed and neglect. Big pharma and government policies have driven those in pain to the streets, where they seek relief in ways that often lead to their demise. The surge in overdoses is not just a statistic; it's a symptom of a deeper societal sickness. We need real solutions, ones that address both the physical and emotional pain that so many are enduring.​

Through my music, I hope to shine a light on these issues, to spark a conversation that leads to change. Because until we find a way to stop the suffering, the streets will continue to be filled with those who have nowhere else to turn.
Artist Statement.
As an artist, I believe that the platform I've been graced with is a powerful tool for change. My work is a reflection of the social and political issues that weigh heavily on my heart—issues that are often ignored or silenced. I speak out for the voiceless, shining a light on the harsh realities of our world: the staggering inequality between the one percent and the rest, the heartbreaking plight of homelessness, and the silent suffering of those battling starvation.

I am particularly driven to highlight the struggles of veterans, who make up 90% of the homeless population, often forgotten and left to face mental illness, PTSD, and anxiety alone. Instead of receiving the care and support they deserve, they are too often criminalized, cast aside, and thrown into a broken system that fails them at every turn.

The brutal realities of police violence also fuel my work. How many more times must we witness someone being shot in the back or a woman being tased on the ground, all while bystanders laugh and remain indifferent? These injustices should spark outrage, yet they barely register in our collective conscience. My lyrics is a call to action—a plea to confront these uncomfortable truths and start the conversations that can lead to real change.
